How do I find my photos?

Browse sessions by surf spot and date. Each session shows a preview of photos and/or videos taken during that time. Click on a session to view all photos and videos from that surf session.

How much do photos cost?

Pricing varies by photographer and session. You can see the individual price for each photo or video when browsing a session. Add items to your cart and the total will be calculated at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Can I download my photos after purchase?

Yes! After completing your purchase, you can download all your photos and videos in high resolution for up to 3 months. After this period, the files will be permanently removed from our servers, so make sure to download them within this timeframe.

When are sessions deleted?

Sessions remain available for 30 days after they're uploaded. After that, they may be archived. Make sure to purchase your photos within this timeframe to keep your memories forever.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once you've downloaded your photos. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us.

What if my surf spot isn't listed?

We're always expanding to new locations! You can suggest a new surf spot through the "Suggest a Surf Spot" option. We'll notify photographers in your area and add it to our platform.

How do photographers get paid?

Photographers receive 85% of their sales directly to their bank account (we charge a 15% platform commission). Payouts are processed on a request basis through Stripe and can take up to 7 days to complete.

What quality are the photos and videos?

All photos and videos are the original raw files uploaded by photographers. Perfect 10 maintains high quality standards with a minimum requirement of 12MP for photos and 1080p for videos, ensuring you get the best possible resolution for your surf memories.

Can I become a photographer?

Yes! If you're a surf photographer, you can apply to join our platform. All photographer profiles are reviewed by the Perfect 10 team before being approved. Once approved, new photographers will have their sessions reviewed by our team before going live. After establishing trust and quality standards, experienced photographers may have this review requirement removed.
